Our company does not send email to persons who have not explicitly requested contact, by opt-in, from our Advertiser Clients nor does our company post advertisements to unrelated newsgroups. If you receive any unsolicited commercial email that appears to be from Opt-Intelligence, Inc., or an employee of Opt-Intelligence please notify us immediately.

Opt-Intelligence will investigate all instances of email that appears to originate from the Opt-Intelligence website or e-mail addresses. If we find other persons or entities using our name inappropriately, we will contact our lawyers and take all feasible legal action.
